Conflict has a way through, and you don’t need multiple lawyers. We can help you find it.
Most people assume divorce means attorneys, courtrooms, and tens of thousands of dollars. In Indiana, couples who can reach an agreement on parenting, property, all of it, can finish their divorce without a contested hearing and without hiring opposing lawyers. Mediation is how you get there: one neutral professional, both of you at the table, and an agreement you control instead of a ruling you don't.

Why This Practice Exists
Most people in a divorce hire two attorneys, spend five figures, and hand the biggest decisions of their lives to a judge who has never met their family. Unbroken Resolution Group exists because there is another way, and most people never hear about it until it's too late.
We offer divorce and family mediation, parenting coordination, and one-on-one conflict coaching for Indiana families. One neutral professional, both parties at the table, and an agreement you control instead of a ruling you don't.
What makes this practice different is where it came from. Founder Tim Farmer spent eleven years in federal law enforcement with the Bureau of Prisons, most of it as Director of Education, where he also trained as a hostage negotiator. That work was built on one skill: staying calm, fair, and clear-headed when the stakes are high, and everyone in the room is at their worst. Before that, he was a special education teacher, learning to hear what people need when they can't say it themselves.
He has also been through a high-conflict divorce as a client. He knows what the legal bills feel like, what the waiting does to you, and what it costs your kids. He wrote a book about it, Chess, Not Checkers, and built this practice so other families would not walk through it as blind as his did.
You are not explaining your situation to someone who studied it. You are talking to someone who lived it, and who is trained to help both sides find a way through.
“Unbroken Resolution Group exists for one reason: to help families find a way through conflict without losing themselves or their children in the process.”
